 A drone roof inspection is a method of assessing the condition of a roof using a drone equipped with cameras and sensors. Our drones captures high-resolution images  from above, allowing us to evaluate the roof without physically accessing it, which improves safety and efficiency (flight conditions and weather permitting).

What is Radon? 

Radon is a naturally-occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. It is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer next to smoking. The only way to determine Radon levels in the home is by testing. After a short term, non-invasive test is performed (usually 48-72 hours) the testing material will be retrieved and sent out to our affiliated lab. Results will be provided  by a detailed report. 

This visual only inspection is more commonly referred to as a termite inspection. The WDO inspector will report on the condition of the home, including notations of any structural damage related to termites and other WDOs. 

Abandoned underground heating oil tanks aren't uncommon on older properties, but a standard home inspection won't tell you if one is hidden on the property you're looking to buy. An oil tank sweep is designed to locate and report on any underground anomalies, so you don't end up suffering the health and financial consequences of a possible buried tank. After the inspection, clients will receive a report with findings and recommendations.

Sewer scope inspection can reveal damage to the pipes, blockages, and other problems. It also can spot potential problem areas before they develop into serious issues or hazards. After the inspection, clients will receive a report with findings and recommendations.

Your mold assessment starts with a walk-through by your mold inspector, where they will note any visual signs of mold growth. They’ll also keep an eye out for leaks and moisture problems that could be contributing to your spore count. Your inspector will take an outside sample to compare to an indoor sample. If your indoor sample has a higher concentration, or a different type of mold present, they’ll know there’s an issue. 

 Lead-based paint inspections determine the presence of lead-based paint. It is particularly helpful in determining whether lead-based paint is present prior to purchasing, renting, or renovating a home, and identifying potential sources of lead exposure at any time.
