James Morales, Home Inspector and Owner

 James is the founder of Arc Light Home Inspections. He has passed all requirements to be licensed in NJ, including passing the NHIE (National Home Inspector Examination) on his first go around, which is no easy task! 

James is an active member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the World's Leading Association for Home Inspectors) with whom he holds the title of Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) as well as NJNACHI, InterNACHI's local state chapter.
