James Morales, Home Inspector

 James is the founder and owner of Arc Light Home Inspections. He lives in Colonia with his wife and two sons. He has 12+ years of construction/home improvement experience and has passed all requirements to be licensed in NJ, including passing the NHIE (National Home Inspector Examination) on his first go around for national certification. James is an active member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the World's Leading Association for Home Inspectors) with whom he holds the title of Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) as well as NJNACHI, InterNACHI's local state chapter.
